Local and imported parts are
supplied to JF Rubber by accredited
suppliers. JF Rubber implements
The FIFO principle in storage and
handling of parts and chemicals. |
2. Incoming Inspection |
Compound Master Batches are tested on rubber
properties requirements. Test equipments includes
Tensile Meter, Rheometer(ODR), hardness tester
and electronic densimeter. |
3. Chemicals Preparation
JF Rubber utilizes an automated weighing scale for the preparation of
chemicals prior to its mixing process.
The automation implements the principle of error detection in the weighing activity.
4. Final Mixing
Final Mixing is performed in open mills.
Mixing quantity ranges from 25- 40 kgs
per batch. |
5. In-process Rheology Test
Sample piece taken from final mixed
batch for rheology verification.
6. Cutting and Weighing
Cutting by auto cutters to achieve desired rubber dimensions for feed strips. |
7. Production-Curing
Rubber curing by compression, injection and vacuum moulding technology.
