The company is capable of producing rubber parts based on customer-supplied drawings and material requirements. Compounding of raw materials and mold design and fabrication are both subcontracted from accredited vendors. The process of material formulation and mold design is a joint effort between J.F. Rubber and the accredited vendor to ensure raw materials and molds that produce quality products. All supplied materials and molds undergo strict incoming and in-process quality inspection and test procedures conducted by qualified technical personnel. In-process controls and checks are done in each stage of the manufacturing process from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of finished goods.
