Mixing of carbon master batch is performed by Kneader mixing and twinscrew process. Mixing batch capacity ranges from 50 to 60 kilograms per batch . Polymer rubber material ranges from EPDM , BR, CR, IIR, SBR, NBR, NBR-PVC and Natural Rubber.
